OPINION
SINGLETON, Judge.
The state petitions for review of an order of the superior court quashing a subpoena directing Dr. Mitchell Wetherhorn, a clinical psychologist, to appear before a grand jury. The grand jury is investigating charges that R.H., Dr. Wetherhorn’s patient, sexually molested his daughter, S.H.
