MACY, Justice.

Appellant Rissler & McMurry Co. appeals from the order which dismissed its complaint against Appellee State of Wyoming. Rissler was seeking a judgment for its alleged takings claims and its damages.

We affirm.

ISSUE

Rissler presents a single issue for our review:

The trial court erred in dismissing the plaintiffs separate temporary and permanent takings claims on the premise that both claims were premature under the provisions of W.S. 35-ll-1001(b).
