ORDER FOR JUDGMENT
DENNIS D. O’BRIEN, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter came before the Court on the trustee-plaintiffs motion for summary judgment on her complaint to avoid and recover the debtors’ transfer of $26,606.33 into the defendant’s bank account as a fraudulent transfer pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 548 and 550. Cynthia Hegarty appeared on behalf of the plaintiff, the Chapter 7 Trustee, Patti J. Sullivan. Randall Strand appeared on behalf of the defendant, Lois K. Gergen.
