Plaintiff Glenn W. Johnson and defendants Enron Corporation, Enron Gas Processing Company, d/b/a Enron Liquid Fuels, Co., InterNorth, Inc. Retirement Income Plan, and Enron Corporation Merger Severance Plan (f/k/a HNG/InterNorth Merger Severance Plan) filed cross-motions for summary judgment pursuant to an action for benefits under the Enron Corporation Merger Severance Plan.
