This is an appeal from a decree of the superior court of Cook county granting an injunction in a labor controversy. • Fenske Bros. (Inc.), and eleven other corporations engaged in the business of manufacturing furniture in the city of Chicago, filed a bill for an injunction against the Upholsterers International Union of North America, Locals Nos. 18 and 112, and certain persons as officers, agents and members of the union and as individuals, together with unknown defendants.
