Plaintiff Woori Bank (‘Woori”) filed the complaint in this action on May 18, 2012 asserting common law claims for fraud, rescission, negligent misrepresentation, and unjust enrichment (the “Complaint”) arising out of its $143 million investment in seven collateralized debt-obligations (“CDOs”).
