On March 26, 1921, plaintiff filed in the District Court of the Unit-, ed States for the Eastern District of Missouri an amended petition, asking judgment against defendant for the sum of $4,301.25, with interest thereon from the 16th day of January, 1920, at the rate of 6 per cent., and costs.
