I. Introduction and Factual Background
Plaintiff Phyllis Jiles (“Plaintiff’) filed this action on January 28, 2016, alleging racial discrimination by the Rochester Genesee Regional Transportation Authority (“Defendant”) in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq. (“Title VII”). (Dkt. 1). Plaintiff filed an amended complaint on March 21, 2016, (Dkt. 6).
