Plaintiff Phyllis Jiles ("Plaintiff"), pro se , brings this action pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. ("Title VII"), and the New York State Human Rights Law, New York Executive Law § 290 et seq. ("NYSHRL"), alleging that her former employer, the Rochester Genesee Regional Transportation Authority ("Defendant"), retaliated against her by failing to rehire her for an open position. (Dkt. 1).
