MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER

I. Introduction
This matter is before the court on defendant Metropolitan Life, Inc.’s (“MetLife”), Gary Napel’s; Andrew Loomis’, and Susan Despain’s (collectively “Defendants”) motion for summary judgment against Plaintiffs Janet Metcalf and Charlene C. Davis (collectively “Plaintiffs”). Plaintiffs brought this action against Defendants under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., alleging “hostile environment” sexual harassment, retaliation, constructive discharge, and disparate treatment.
