OPINION

SPURLOCK, Justice.

This is an appeal from a district court ruling which terminated the parental rights of Mark Charles Heilman in his son, Michael Wayne. The district court found that appellant had failed to support the child in accordance with his ability during a period of one year ending within six months of the filing of the termination petition, and that termination was in the best interest of the child.

We reverse and render.
