¶ 1 Appellant, Nicholas Hudson, appeals from the judgment of sentence entered June 14, 2006, by the Honorable Brian J. Johnson, Court of Common Pleas of Le-high County. After careful review, we affirm.

¶2 Shortly after midnight in the early morning of December 6, 2001, Daniel Cruz and his girlfriend, Joeli Maldonado, were seated next to each other at a diner in Allentown, after enjoying a night out on the town.
