¶ 1 This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence entered by the Court of Common Pleas of York County after a jury convicted Appellant of involuntary manslaughter. 1 On appeal, Appellant claims that: (1) his conviction for involuntary manslaughter is barred by the statute of limitations, even though he withdrew such claim and subsequently resurrected it in a post-sentence motion; (2) he received ineffective of assistance of trial counsel; (3) the verdict was against the weight of the evidence; (4) his sentence is manifestly excessive and violates the Sixth Amendment and…
