Appellant, Amos Treat & Co., Inc., is a New York corporation registered as a broker-dealer with the Securities and Exchange Commission under section 15(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, 15 U.S.C.A. § 78o(b). Individual appellants, Treat and DeFelice, are respectively President and Secretary-Treasurer of Treat & Co.
