For a long time appellants Fred S. Price, B. L. Price and Kathleen M. Warden have been engaged, under the fictitious name “Price Hardware and Furniture Company”, in conducting a hardware and furniture store in a two-story building at Porterville. The building was erected in 1890. A room on the second floor has been and was, on October 25, 1935, used for storage and display of linoleum in rolls.
