In this Louisiana law diversity case, plaintiffs Trahan, et al. appeal from a judgment dismissing their suit for cancellation of a mineral lease based on the alleged failure of the defendant lessee to prevent drainage of plaintiffs’ land from a well drilled by the defendant on a nearby tract.
