LSB Financial Services, Inc. (“plaintiff’) appeals the order of the trial court staying court proceedings pending arbitration and compelling plaintiff to submit to binding arbitration. We affirm.
The present action stems from a suit instituted by plaintiff against Brenda S. Harrison (“defendant”) and J.C. Bradford & Co. (“Bradford” or, together, “defendants”), alleging that defendant violated the noncompete clause contained in her employment contract with plaintiff.
