This is an appeal from a judgment entered in favor of plaintiff as a result of a jury verdict obtained in the second judicial district. Action was brought by the plaintiff, respondent here, for conversion of personal property. Butte Motor Company, hereinafter referred to as defendant since Frieda Bristow and Sadie Felger were never served and have not appeared, argued that the chattels in issue were immovable fixtures, not personal property.
