By permission of this Court appeals were consolidated from judgments made and entered in favor of plaintiff in two separate and distinct cases tried at the same time before the district court sitting without a jury. Both actions were brought to quiet title to cylindrical storage tanks. Pritchard Petroleum Company, a corporation, is the plaintiff in each of the cases.
