The trial court granted the writ of mandamus to compel the board of county commissioners to take appropriate action in the matter of requesting a supplemental appropriation of the excise board for the payment of publication fees for printing the notice of sale of real property for delinquent taxes pursuant to section 12741, O. S. 1931, 68 Okla. St. Ann. sec. 382, and from that judgment the board has appealed.
