SLOVITER, Circuit Judge.

The United States (“Government”) applied for a court order pursuant to a provision of the Stored Communications Act, 18 U.S.C. § 2703(d), to compel an unnamed cell phone provider to produce a customer’s “historical cellular tower data,” also known as cell site location information or “CSLI.” App. at 64.
