POLITZ, Circuit Judge:
Munitrad Systems, Inc. instituted this antitrust action in the Northern District of Texas in July, 1975. Following an initial severance and transfer of the claim against Brenton W. Harries, 1 the two cases were consolidated with a third 2 and the action proceeded in the Northern District of Texas. After more than four years of discovery, the defendants sought summary judgment.
