KING, Circuit Judge:
Plaintiff Richard L. Conkling (“Conkling”) appeals a take-nothing judgmeht rendered against him based upon his claims for violations of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act 1 (“RICO”), breach of fiduciary duty, and breach of contract under Louisiana law. Finding no error with the trial court’s resolution of the RICO and breach of contract claims, we affirm the district court’s judgment in those regards.
