On this application by a client, under section 231-a of the Surrogate’s Court Act, to have this court fix the compensation of her sometime attorney, and order him to turn over to petitioner as executrix such papers now in his hands as belong to the estate of the above-named testator, it was shown that on May 28, 1934, the attorney and the executrix agreed in writing that he should do all the legal work necessary to liquidate the estate of testator before February 1, 1935, for the sum of $5,000.
