OPINION

STAPLETON, District Judge:

This case presents questions of the scope of the protection afforded to an individual who is compelled, under a grant of immunity, to testify over his claim of the Fifth Amendment privilege against self-incrimination.

On November 12, 1974, Earl H. Henderson appeared, pursuant to subpoena, before a federal grand jury in this District. When asked certain ques tions, he refused to answer on the ground that his answers might tend to incriminate him.
