Adjei Edmund Ntiri, a native and citizen of Ghana, seeks review of the Board of Immigration Appeals’s (BIA) denial of his application for a waiver of deportability under former section 241(a)(1)(H) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA). We DISMISS the petition in part and DENY it in part.
