The Salt Lake Automobile Company, hereinafter called appellant, having alleged its own corporate existence, the corporate existence of Keith-0’Brien Company, hereinafter styled company, and that the individual defendants • constitute the board of directors of said company, it in substance is made to appear from the complaint and the exhibits, made a part thereof: That said company was originally incorporated with a capital of $250,000, divided into 2,500 shares, of $100 each.
