The individual defendants are officers of the corporate defendant. Plaintiff does not complain of the judgment in their favor. We will therefore treat the case as though the corporate defendant were the sole respondent. Plaintiff and defendant are corporations organized under the laws of the state of California. Plaintiff owned four hundred seventy-nine shares of the common capital stock of the defendant which stock had a par value of one hundred dollars a share.
