The question we must answer here is what disposition should be made of a father’s contention that he was bamboozled into investing in a money-losing farming operation owned by his newly acquired son-in-law and parents-in-law?

Appellant, Eli Jurkovich (Jurkovich), decided, in the days just preceding and following the marriage of his daughter, Mary Ann, to Eric A. Tomlinson, to invest money in a farm which was owned by Eric and his parents Emery and Allyn Mae Tomlinson (Tomlinsons).
