The purpose of this suit was to have an exchange of certain securities annulled because it had been procured through fraud and misrepresentation and to have the parties to the transaction restored to their original rights.
The amended bill alleges that the Equitable Building, Loan and Investment Association of Baltimore City was incorpor ated under the General Laws of Maryland relating to building and homestead associations and had its principal place of business in Baltimore City.
