The two appeals on this record are from a decree overruling two demurrers to the amended bill of complaint of Eva Wlodarek, widow of Stanislaus Wlodarek, deceased, against Stanislawa Wlodarek, Sofie Kwiatkevoski, Alexander J. Lane, executors of the will of Stanislaus Wlodarek, deceased, Thomas J. Grattan, and Stanislawa Wlodarek, also known as Elizabeth Wlodarek, individually, defendants.
