This is an appeal from an order of the trial court sustaining a demurrer to the appellant’s amended bill without leave to amend, and dismissing the bill.
There was introduced at the 1961 legislative session a bill, known as House Bill No. 496, which provided for payment by Baltimore County of the costs of transporting students at private schools and for the establishment of new bus routes to provide for such transportation.
