MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

THIS MATTER comes before the Court on Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss in Lieu of Answer [Doc. 6]. The Court, having *1286considered the Motion, briefs, relevant law, and being otherwise fully informed, finds that the Defendants’ Motion is well-taken and will be GRANTED.
