This is an original action in this court wherein the relator made application for a writ of prohibition prohibiting the district court of Tulsa county, Owen Owen, Judge, respondents herein, from hearing, entertaining, passing upon, proceeding with, trying, and deciding any and all motions or proceedings in cause No. 13299, pending in the district court of Tulsa county.
