MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

BABCOCK, District Judge.

Plaintiff, Dime Box Petroleum Corporation (Dime Box), commenced this action alleging breach of contract by defendant, The Louisiana Land and Exploration Company (LLE), in connection with two separate oil and gas exploration projects known as the Ambrose Prospect (Ambrose) and the Cycle YI Prospect (Cycle VI). Plaintiff also asserts claims of fraud and breach of fiduciary duty in connection with defendant’s supply and pricing of tubular goods used in well drilling.
