In an action brought under the Administrative Review Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1975, ch. 110, par. 264 et seq.), the trial court affirmed a decision of the Department of Registration and Education (Department) suspending plaintiff’s license to practice dentistry for six months. The Department’s decision to sanction plaintiff was based on a finding of the Dental Examining Committee (Committee).
