Affirming.
Tbe appellant, S. Creen Adkins, was beld by the examining court under bail of $25,000 to answer to the Boyd county grand jury on a charge of murder. Before an indictment was returned against him, on December 12, 1927, the day before his term of office expired, Governor William J. Fields issued an unconditional pardon to Adkins for this crime.
