J. W. Tracy, was tried and convicted in the Jefferson circuit court, Jefferson county, Ky., on indictment No. 46272 on the 12th day of May, 1922, on the charge of housebreaking, found guilty, and his punishment fixed at five years in the penitentiary. On the 27th day of'May, 1922, he was tried on indictment No. 46106, charged with the crime of having and keeping burglar tools, found guilty, and his punishment fixed at ten years in the penitentiary.
