SCHALLER, J.

The plaintiff, Bemhard-Thomas Building Systems, LLC, appeals from the judgment of the trial court rendered in favor of the defendant Jacques J. Parenteau. On appeal, the plaintiff claims that the court improperly struck four counts of its complaint. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
