This is an action for damages for personal injuries resulting from a collision on the street in Memphis between an automobile driven by S. F. Darby, who was an agent of the Insurance Company, and Morrison, at the time connected with the City police force. The case has been twice tried. At the close of the first trial the trial Judge granted a motion for a directed verdict and dismissed the suit as to the Insurance Company. The Court of Appeals affirmed.
