In December, 1860, the Bank of the State, for the use of the branch at Dawrenceburg, sued Bradley, Smith, and Stevenson, on a bill of exchange. The suit-was commenced by attachment. The attachment ivas executed immediately by the seizure of a large amount of property. This was in vacation. The next term of the Court was in May, 1861. At that term, answers were filed to the cause of action, and the attachment, after a motion to dismiss the attachment had been overruled.
