This action was originally instituted against Aiken Petroleum Company, a corporation, but during its pendency the corporation’s charter was surrendered, and the cause was continued against the defendants above named as trustees in liquidation. The complaint alleges that the plaintiff sustained injuries to his person and to his automobile on December 17, 1938, resulting from a collision with a motor truck of the Aiken Petroleum Company while the same was being-operated by its agent and servant; it…
