This is an action to recover damages for injuries alleged to have been sustained by the plaintiff when she was struck down by an automobile being driven by defendant Whitworth and owned by defendant corporation.
Prom a judgment on the verdict in favor of the plaintiff for the sum of $10,755.30 and costs of suit, defendants prosecute this appeal urging the following as grounds for a reversal :(1) That plaintiff failed to prove by a fair preponderance of the evidence that the automobile which struck her was owned by the Good Barth Company, or was being driven with its knowledge and consent;(2)…
