This is an appeal from a judgment of the District Court of Wilkin County affirming an order of the probate court of said county, which in substance:(1) Approved the compensation, final account, and resignation of Peter Seterdahl as administrator for the estate of John Baumgartner, Sr., deceased.(2) Allowed as reasonable, attorneys’ fees in the sum of $3,500 for Howard E.
