As prevailing parties on appeal to this court in Kamalu v. Paren, Inc., No. 24671, 109 Hawai'i 457, 127 P.3d 953 see summary disposition order (Haw. Jan. 23, 2006) [hereinafter “SDO”], the defendant-appellee/cross-appellant ParEn, Inc. (ParEn) and the defendant-appellee Hawaii Geotechnical Group, Inc.
