The plaintiff was hired by the defendant on January 15,1970, to superintend its cattle breeding operations. The contract was oral and for one year. On September 25, 1970, the plaintiff was discharged, and he brought suit on the contract in the Superior Court in October of 1970. The defendant filed an answer and a demurrer, which was overruled; and the plaintiff filed interrogatories, which were answered on February 16, 1971.
