This action is brought by the appellee,- to establish, by use, an easement in light, to be supplied to his ancient windows from the premises of the. appellant. The complaint alleges such use, uninterruptedly, during twenty years, acquiesced in by the vendor of the - appellant, and by the appellant after his purchase; and that after such use and acquiescence, the appellant erected upon his own premises a frame structure, which effectively and permanently obstructed the light from the windows of the appellee.
