Appeal from the Circuit- Court for Baltimore city. This is an appeal from an order of the court below, (Krebs, J.,) dissolving an injunction which had been granted upon a bill filed by the appellant against the appellees. The allegations of the bill and answer, and the*roof in the case, are fully stated in the opinion of this court.

This bill filed on the 11th of September 1854, by the present appellant, (Cherry,) against the appellee, alleges, that Conrad Reineker departed this life possessed of certain leasehold estate in the city of Baltimore, and that, in 1853, letters of administration on his estate were granted, by the orphans court of said city, to Conrad R Fite.
