JACKSON, Justice.

An attorney, Ted R. Fisher, as plaintiff, brought this action against numerous defendants who own leases and mineral interest in the Ringwood Oil Field in Major County, Oklahoma. The action was brought upon the equitable principle that a court of equity will order an allowance of attorney fees to an attorney who at his own expense has maintained a successful action and created a fund in which others may share with his clients.
