Appellee commenced an action in replevin on June 27,1938, in the name of “The Jasper Company, Inc.,” the petition stating, with other allegations, that it was a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the state of Iowa. The appellee sought possession of certain personal property then claimed to be held by Nick Stergios. Yerda M. Stergios, wife of Nick Stergios, thereafter intervened in the proceedings, claiming that she was the owner of the personal property in question.
